Sleep at 7pm..tho daytimes still a nightmare..

My 6 month old dex has started getting in such a state by 7pm he wants to go to bed.i thought it was coz we were on holiday yet he been the same since got home.even if I put him into bed with me and he dont wake until 9am he still wants bed at 7.does this sound right?he is a nightmare in the day though im so restricted as he will fall asleep at the breast tho soon as I move he awakens and wont sleep again.then I have to go to bed with him and nap myself just to make him rest any tips? X
