Any ideas on how to get a good night's sleep - I feel like I am in the third trimester already. Here are all the things that keep me awake at night:
carpal tunnel syndrome - I keep waking with my hands numb
a sore back - not sure what this is from, possibly using pillows incorrectly to sleep
rib pain - this is actually very sore and only seems to happen when I try to curl up to get relief for my back - they say keeping your back straight helps your ribs, but it isn't helping my back that much when its sore
leg cramps - these are also pretty sore and I am on calcium and magnesium to help, but they still happen sometimes
my bladder - in between the waking all the time and tossing and turning I also need to get up and go to the loo
AHHHH - if its like this now what will 32-38 weeks be like!
ANyone else having these issues and how do you get some sleep? I am thinking of sending DH to sleep in another room purely because I must be keeping him up all night too.
