Sleep/routine graph!

Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago I was reading a thread on here either about routines/eating/sleeping/napping and someone posted a link to a graph/chart that listed all the expected or usual routines for babies starting at 0-1 month +, detailing average naps, number of feeds etc.
I discounted it at the time but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and would like another look at it. Thing is I can't find it! I've gone through so many threads.
I'm wondering whether anyone knows what I'm talking about and has it saved on their computer or has the link to it. Even if you have something that sounds like it?
Any help would be good!!! x
