Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
It does make a huge difference
Try to temp at the same time after at least 3 hours of sleep but at the same time everyday I would set an alarm for 5am just to temp
I put not much because that has been my experience. I've been charting for a few months now, and notice that my temp is rarely affected by how much sleep I've gotten. As long as I take my temp upon waking and before getting out of bed, I'm able to notice a pattern!
