Sleep/Wake patterns: do you see any??

Reading everywhere that by now I should be recognizing baby's sleep-wake patterns She moves whenever without any pattern at all. Last night she kicked my cervix so hard, but I always thought she is asleep at night - yeah.. here you go mama dear. Also thought she's up at around 7pm and it lasted for a couple days but today she was quiet at this time. Am I *really* supposed to learn her sleep habits? I don't think there are any!! Does anybody recognize certain times when the bubs is up??
