so finally I've managed to get to the stage where LO will fall asleep on his own. It's taken some training but we're there.
This morning I put him down awake, tucked him in, kissed him adn walked out and it took 3 minutes for him to doze off. Then later on it took him 6 minutes. I'm so proud of him.
Anyway, now i'm about to tackle the next sleep issue we have...he'll only sleep for 30 minutes..or occasionally 1 hr. Any top tips to increase this?
he wakes up happy and full of beans but still yawning and with little tired eyes..
