Does anyone have any experience with this ? I'm starting it 2moro n really hope it works so I'm wondering if anyone has been on this diet n whether its worked for them.

Much better products on the market.

You get what you pay for, yes it works if done correctly, your taking in huge amount of sugar it no good on your body.

I have to say, I agree with mummytoamber. Lots of sugar and you really have to stick to it for it to work. For me following a low calorie diet works better and is far healthier.

But if you are looking for product based diet. I've heard tony Ferguson is quite good.... No personal experience tho I'm afraid. x
