Hello ladies,

For those of you who are doing Slimming World and have toddlers, what sort of meals do you do for your lunch and dinner? Obviously pasta is an option etc but I don't want to have to do that for every meal. Is there anything else that is easy and fast that you could recommend? I absolutely loathe cooking btw and pasta or rice or potatoes or perhaps eggs is pretty much as far as I want to go lol My OH usually cooks a meal for us two when the boys are in bed in the evening but I am really struggling with lunch. Any tips would be welcome. :)

I don't use SW, but I calorie count. Normally I just make myself a grilled chicken salad since it's fast and less than 350 calories. I cook something different for my family since they aren't trying to lose weight - usually whatever is quick and finger-food friendly like quesadillas, hot dogs, pizza, grilled cheese or tuna sandwiches, etc. The quesadillas are probably the easiest and quickest to make: put a little butter in the skillet and let it melt, plop a tortilla down, sprinkle with cheese and whatever other toppings you want, let it cook until the cheese is melty, then fold the tortilla over, stick it on a plate and cut it into four slices and serve. :)
