Slow Cooker recipes, please!

My FIL just bought us a triple slow cooker (I also have a big one that's in the cabinet at the moment) that I would like to put to use! What are your favorite slow cooker recipes (the healthier, the better)? The only thing I have ever made in mine is a basic stew.

I do a pork casserole in mine.

In the slow cooker pot put chopped shallots in with a little oil (maybe a handful) once tender add diced pork loin (i quite often buy already diced pork out of laziness) add diced carrots and a tablespoon of light brown sugar. While caramelising boil the kettle and in a jub add pearl barley, a chicken stock cube and the boiled water (i am no good at measurements nut maybe 400ml?!) Then add this to the pot. Stir all together than put on the slow cooker. I do it for about 8 hours as i love the pork to fall apart when cut. A couple of hours before the end of the cooking time add frozen peas and green beans (halved). It should reduce down to a nice silky, sweet sauce. Serve with rice.

Spanish Chicken
Sausage and bean casserole
Soups
Salsa chicken (literally a pot of salsa, chicken, cheese, peppers and onion easiest meal ever and yummy!)
Pizza chicken (chicken, homemade pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni)
Bourbon chicken
Pepper steak
Parmesan chicken

I just look online for recipes and try everything . Usually use recipe4me.com for inspiration and recipes
