Slow labour

My mate is 38 wks and in slow labour she's tried everything but nothing is happening we've heard about a slow release pessery but not sure what's it's called does anyone know?? Please and thank you we are in UK. X

Hopefully she’s progressed since but if not it’s best to let nature take its course. Although she’s term she has 2 weeks yet and can still go over the 40 weeks, she needs to sit tight and let her body do what it’s designed to do.

Not a great deal has changed she's in stage two labour x

Don't use anything to bring on labour slow realise pessary are used in medical inductions where the baby needs to be monitored closely to insure there is no fetal distress you just have to wait for nature to take its course unless her waters have gone go to labour and delivery ward
