Slow / Medium Teats

I currently use the medela bottles and teats (slow) and am due to re-order and was wondering if I should get the medium.

How do you know which ones to use ?

Hope that isn't a really dumb questions but I don't really know which ones I should be using ??!

its definitely not a silly question, i think you can switch to medium flow teats around 6 months, but as all babies are different some babies will want the faster flow sooner and others will want it later

i always always try and get slow flow if there is any, that way she doesnt get pissy when i try and bf her lol
