Slow spill from left tube during dye test, confused

I've been TTC for 3 years. I got pregnant after the first 8 months of TTC but that ended in MC. I've been TTC ever since without any hint of a BFP. I had an HSG a few months ago and that came back clear. Then this week I had a lap and dye. When I came round they told me that the dye went through both tubes but it had taken a lot longer for the dye to go through the left tube and that there had been a lot of pooling of the dye in that tube.

I am so upset. The doctor that came to speak to me told me this could be why I have been having problems. She was very clear about that. I asked her what could be done and she said to keep trying??! I asked what caused it and she said they were not able to tell. There was a consultant who observed the procedure. He came to speak to me separately. He didn't mention the issue with the left tube so when I asked him if it would cause any problems he was very blasé about it and said it would not cause any issue. He also said that they had booked me a review appointment for 3 months time.

I am so confused that I have been told two different things by two different doctors. I am also very worried and now I have to wait 3 months before I get any explanation other than the little I was given when I had barely come round from a general anaesthetic. Does this mean I'm at increased risk of ectopic pregnancy?

Is there anyone else on here who has had the same as me? Were you told it would cause a problem? I just don't know what to think.

Thanks
