So I got my pos FRER today at 9/10 dpo, and I thought I'd drop in and say hi. HI! How is everyone doing?

Anyone hoping for a certain gender? I have a son from a previous marriage, and a daughter who's 2, I'm really hoping for a boy this time.

And a sticky bean. STICK BABY STICK. I've had 3 chemicals and a MC and I'm being hopeful as heck.

I am currently 5w2d but am hoping for a little girl. My body is telling me it's a boy (ridiculous so early on), or twins, but I haven't had any scans yet.

I honestly would give the world for a baby of either gender! Just as long as I can hold the LO in my arms and take them home with me. I'm just so nervous, it's hard to stay excited. Maybe later on, at 8 or 10w, it will be easier, but I have a feeling I will always worry after that first MC.

You know, with my daughter I was 100% convinced it was a boy from day one. I even bought a cute blue outfit before they could see anything. Oops. She's all girl!

I know, it's so hard not to worry. I'm terrified. I'm testing constantly. (I need to knock it off.) I want to shout it to the world and yet I'm scared I'll have to tell everyone it was ANOTHER chemical. /sigh

I hate this part of pregnancy.

Congratulations! I understand about being scared, too. I've had several miscarriages, and one perfectly healthy pregnancy before. I'm 6 weeks along now, and things seem to be going okay, but I can't relax until I've had an u/s and seen that there's a heart beating normally... Hoping the doctor will order one for me soon! I've taken 6 tests... the last two were the Clear Blue digital with weeks estimator. Fortunately, I got 3+ both times I took those. Still can't relax about this pregnancy, though. Wishing sticky beans for all of us.

It is so hard to relax, isn't it?

I'm going to ask for betas ASAP, I'm on a med that isn't pregnancy safe, so I need to know. Hope my betas come back good! That will make me feel a lot better too.
