Morning
My daughter 14 weeks, has been prescribed SMA WySoy to help with her reflux which the doctors believe is being bought on by a mild intolerance to 'something' in normal formulas.
Suprisingly it seems to really be helping and she has only been on it 5 days, I was very sceptical at first and worried about the Soya due to all the negative comments (I still am but OH wont entertain any meds like Gaviscon going in her).
She was always a once a day, regular as clockwork kind of girl (and I still ALWAYS managed to put her down and then have to get her up again at the wrong time!!) but since Saturday she has been every other day. It isn't what I would call hard, but it is 'formed' rather than a mess like her old SMA gold nappies were and seems dry rather than paste like.
She does also struggle to pass it.
Is Soya milk known to cause constipation?
I gave her 2oz of cooled boiled water yesterday at 5pm and she woke up with a dirty nappy at 7am.
Should I offer some water daily orwill it settle down?
Thanking you :flower:
