Small Claims Court

We're looking at taking a travel company to a small claims court because of some issues we had when we went on holiday (8 months ago) and we haven't had an adequate response from them yet.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this before, how long it took, what it cost & what your outcome was?

We're skint as it is and Im really worried that we're going to shell out a load of money only to be told that we're in the wrong.

Ive got a travel solicitor I need to speak to tomorrow (ive not got a voice today lol) but I wanted some real life examples to read through first. Also any hints tips etc
