Smear in the TWW

I am scheduled to have a smear today and am around 3/4 DPO.
Is it safe? Will it affect my chances?
Does anyone have any experience?

Yeah its safe and wnt effect. Egg will still be going down the fallopian tube by then so all is good. Its never dangerous its just aftet you have given birth it can give false readings.
