smells making me sick

every smell at the moment is making me feel so sick. i can hardly eat a thing i get hungry and then when im making it the smell makes me sick and i cant eat it. just made my oh bacon butties as its farthers day and i had to run to the toilet. and i LOVE bacon normally. how long will this go on for never had any of this with my 1st.

i'm the same we had a leak under the wooden floor in our kitchen and it stinks of a mixture of damp and bleach and everytime I go into the kitchen I gag it wont go away

I'm the same! I find it so hard to decide what to eat and often when i'm cooking it the smell puts me off!!

My worst smell aside from perfume/deodorants is potatoes cooking.......jacket, roasts or even oven chips!! makes me gag so bad!!

I know how your feeling, things I normally love smell sooooo disgusting atm, especially foods the other day even the smell of freshly cut grass had me running to the bathroom lol. I got to say its especially apparent with any kind of cooked meats, which I just realised Ive ate maybe twice since actually falling pregnant.

Having a shower is a battle as the shower gel and shampoo makes me gag

cant stand the smell of wee, even glancing at it in the toilet will make me gag, no matter how dilute, it would normally be pretty odourless, but my nose seems to really pick up on it right now.

to make matters worse, I have a potty training toddler, and often have to empty out her potty into the toilet, keep making my OH do it when I can!

oh my gosh.. i am so glad that i am not the only one!!! I start craving something than i start cooking it and BAM!!!!!!!! nope...... not for me thanks... lol
Needless to say OH gets rather annoyed at me lol... But i just cant help it.

The biggest Blah thing for me right now is Meat.. i did the same thing with my DD

hello excuse me crashing but i started this thread on 2nd tri this morning and afraid to say the smell thing doesn't really go at all!! im almost 20 weeks and still cant stand the smell of anything cooking hot fat or meat or anything floral its mad but it doesnt go although you will prob stop feeling really sick yr stomach flips over and you just think oh yuck!!!
we were all laughing as most of us have had to change our shower gels or shampoos when the babies come out we will probably all swap back!!!

I was very brave tonight and cooked OH some roasties I didn't even realise potatoes had a smell cooking till I got pregnant!!!!

i cant stand the smell of roasties either!!! i go to my mums on a sunday and sit outside while she cooks or have new or jacket potatos!!! it started at 6 weeks now at 20 weeks its still as bad!!!! glad im not the only one xx

I Am gonna find out tomorrow if I'm pregnant! Really nervous..feel sick all the time. All the smells make me gag nowadays! My sense of smell has never been this strong..can't eat meat at all wonder how long does this last, in case I am pregnant???

Oh dear, just the thought of all the smells you girls have said is making my stomach churn. Please God, MAKE IT STOP
