Soy isoflavones is a natural substitute for Clomid, it tricks your body into thinking that you have less hormones so it produces more, therefore helping with ovulation. I read it somewhere on here! I think there is a special way of doing it depending on the days of your cycle, but I will try to find out more about it if I need it. FIngers crossed I won't need to!
I agree that grapejuice is horrid, I had a glass this morning for breakfast and it didn't put me in a good mood at all.. it is supposed to help with ewmc, but it's not really been proven. If anything, it will be one of my 5 a day, so hey, it can't hurt.
Have you got anything exciting planned for this weekend, besides the obvisou BDing??! x
