SMEP or every other day throughout fertile period?

Hi ladies,

I've just come across SMEP on these forums and looked into what it is. I'd always read that dtd every other day throughout your fertile period was the best chance to conceive, but SMEP advocates three days in a row after first positive OPK. I was hoping to try it this cycle, but my husband is so busy with work that we can't possibly, We can just about manage every other day. Hoping that's enough. Does anyone know which is better (if any)?
