is this a no? im guessing there is some salt added to smoke it, have just poached some in milk and wondered if it would be ok for Fred with some sweet potato? xx

I think it would be ok now and then. I think it sound slovely with some sweet potato. Might give that a go this week!

hmm mI havent really given Jas any fish! Would be nice if I could though, I love fish. I just havent really thought about it!

well i gave it to him for lunch and it lasted about 2 seconds!!! mixed it with sweet potato and sweetcorn, bit like a chowder!!! thats what i thought Kat, long as its not every day, and he doesnt have salt in anything else xx

Ryder im sure she would love fish, Fred likes salmon too xx
