:hissy: My DH's snoring is reaching new heights and now I am a light sleeper because of little bubs this is driving me insane. I tell him to go on his side which helps a bit but feel bad for getting cross as i know it's 'just one of those things' but when you are up feeding and want to go straight back to sleep it's difficult.

Any tips out there girlies????

:hugs:

I told my Dr about my snoring (it aparently was REALLY bad, according to my OH, but I know what he is like, so it was probably not terrible, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that it was waking him) and I have prescription nasal spray that totally cleared it up.

Maybe he needs to just talk to his GP?

OTHERWISE if he wont go, you can get over the counter homeopathic remedies, which work OKAY, but they're not great, it depends on the cause of the snoring.

If you want your OH to see a doctor about it, you could tell him that in some cases snoring causes less air to get through, which over night can lead to the brain not getting enough oxygen, which will make him feel more tired during the day... and... I dont know... make something up about degenerating brain tissue!!!

Not sure, maybe try those nose strips? I snore pretty badly, though the noise comes from the throat, not from my nose (and it's not the position I sleep in because I always snore, weather I'm on my front back or side!).
