Snotty baby. Any suggestions?

Bethan has got her first cold (), and is really struggling to feed because of her nose being so congested. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of how to get her to feed?

drop a few drops of bm down there. that will loosen up the mucus and then use a nasal aspirator to suck the buggers out before feeding.

when my lo got a blocked nose i got some saline solution drops and that worked really well

We too use saline drops before feeding and sleeping

when LO is sick I actually find feeding works wonders for his stuffy nose - he'll start a feed with a plugged nose, and by the end he can breathe fine. In between feeds though I use a saline solution + sucker to get what I can out
