So confused can anyone help

I was diagnosed with pcos a few months ago with after years of very irregular periods sometimes even skipping them for a month. Doctor put me on metformin 500mg and for the last couple of months my cycles are regular 30 days. But I still don't seem to be ovulating. The last 2 months I have been getting positive opk but no temp surge or hardly any ewcm but this month small amounts of ewcm again but even though opks have been darkish since yesterday morning digital one says no and no temp surge even though I'm on day 18. So I'm very confused does anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm thinking of trying soy ISO next month?
