Apparently it's pregnancy that makes your boobs sag, not breastfeeding ...so there's no difference whether you breastfeed or not, but if you're feeding from one side for each feed you can expect to look a bit uneven for the first couple of months x
Mine were fine first time round. I think if you already have big boobs its especially important to keep them well supported when they are heavier than usual with milk.
I have some amazing underwired nursing bras that are very supportive - you cant wear them for the first 12 weeks though until youre established.
...and I thought mine would even themselves out once I stopped! Maybe after the next one At least I don't have one that's twice as big as the other like I did when I first started feeding Sam
I've breastfed three children and my boobs are shot to bits but hey, I can't think of a better way to ruin them....that's what they're there for, to feed babies, not to look good for me or my husband for that matter, not that he cares too much, he's just grateful to get a look in!!!!
Definitely true...I know lots of Mums who complain about saggy boobs after pregnancy who have never breastfed. But when you're breastfeeding your boobs look much fuller and once you've finished they obviously lose some of their "fullness" so I guess that's why people may link the two
