I'm so happy to be on this forum. First, the most obvious reason is that I manages to conceive. But equally important is the support I get from the other ladies here. I don't have any friends in my age bracket that are trying for a pregnancy. I recently moved half way across the country and don't know many people here. I'm not close to my family, either emotionally or distance wise.

I will probably never meet anyone on this board. But I derive lots of emotional support from reading posts. And that true even for posts that I don't start. It is just som comforting to read about other people having the same questions and concerns as me.

It's strange because I was just thinking the same. It's soo good to chat with other 'similar situ' friends. I love the idea that because we come from all over the world there is usually someone on there to chat with at any time of the day.

Friends and family are very supportive too, but just knowing you can compare with, and question, others who are going through the same problems and dilemas as you makes it so much easier.
