I spent about $600 on mine. I couldn't believe I seriously bought a $200 book that we NEVER used in class. It was my $200 paper weight.

I know my OH bought 6 or 7 books all for like $500 something
He had like 3 huge think nursing books and paid like $40 bucks for each one.

Gotta love college! Haha I haven't gotten my list yet but at orientation I got an estimate of about $650 thanks to me doing a double major I would definitely try Amazon, you can get some really great deals


Ally don't you just love when they do that! I did a college writing class through my high school and they had us buy a $300 book at the beginning of the year and we read ONE chapter out of it

Ugh, I hate college books, lol. I spent 525 on mine last semester, and it sucks when you sell them back and they arent using the same books anymore so you dont even get half of what you spent back.

I once had a $300 book that was required for my nursing studies... never once opened it. Couldn't get a return either

But I did give it to someone who was going to take that too... they never opened it either. lol!
