So my older sons dad had made arrangements with maintenance and thought he was doing better.

He asked to see him this weekend and I said yes as long as his parents would supervise the visit as usual, talked to his parents and arranged them supervising and thought everything was good.

Well apparently he found out I was serving him with court papers for child support tomorrow and cancelled . stupid thing is the court date will actually lower his child support amount because My son won't be in daycare anymore . He really is a complete doorknob.

Sounds like my FOB, had an agreement with him where he would help out here and there and give me money when he could afford it. After three months he says he is ' moving away' ( he's not) so now CSA are chasing him and he will now have to pay up every month and a bigger amount too.Twat.
