So nervous

We are currently expecting again after 3 previous miscarriages it just doesn't seem real,
We are 12 weeks and 5days and have had scans every 2 weeks since 6 weeks with everything as it should be our last scan was 9weeks and 3days everything was perfect so why am I so anxious about tomorrow's scan?
I should be over the moon we've got this far but instead I'm just petrified its all going to end in heartache

Fingers crossed for you. I think you must just be terribly afraid of things going wrong again, which is normal. I'm sure everything will be okay tomorrow. All the best x
