Ring up the school to accept the place and then in due course they will send out all the information you will need. I usually send out the info for new parents in my school in May as it takes a while to draw up the class lists etc (have to take loads of things into consideration and it is such a headache of a job for teachers: girls/boys, summer/spring/autumn born, SEN, EAL etc etc).
It is usually early June in my school when I do a meeting for parents where they can ask any questions, have another look round, buy uniform, find out about dinners, starting information etc.
