Pointless thread ladies, but I am so happy..... I have made some delious cupcakes with LO this morning... My baking attempts have always been a disaster... But I invested in an electric whisk and stork butter (heard this is the best to bake with) and they have turned out delious So light and fluffy....... I need ALOT of practice icing them though, LOL... I will just say they taste much better than they look....

Any tips for an amature on how to ice cupcakes?

I use an icing piping bag thing with ends on it. Mine have always turned out fine with it and I use it to decorate big cakes too x
