On thurday I got an emergancy injuction and residency order meaning if he took lily he would get arrested. Were back in court tuesday and im so scared, hes so minipulative and im scared hes going to turn it round for me to be in the wrong, hes tried killing himself three times that I know off and im scared thats hes gonna make them believe that there is nothing wrong. Im a nervous wreck and to top it off I have exams coming up noway between now and tuesday im going to concentrate I dont want him having lily till he has help.

Just stay focused. Stick with facts. Don't get too worked up. I know how stressful it is. I was in courts for months battling it out with FOB. I used to pretend it was just a show I was going to, present the facts, and listen carefully at what they ask me. Sometimes less is more, but they need to know your main reasons and his suicide attempts, that make you afraid for your daughter's safety.

i have been exactly where you are!! court is horrible... dont let him manipulate them.... my ex seemed to get to the judge.... judge hated me before i even stepped foot in court (funny seeing as i was the victim and he was the violet ex con... whatever maybe the judge hits his wife too JUSTSAYIN)
the best thing that happend to me regarding court and the children was getting cafcas involved (theyre abit like social service and will work along side them) i expressed my concerns and they do the investigating into my ex and his new partner to make sure theyre fit to look after MY children for longer than the few hours SUPERVISED that they get currently....
we will be back at court soon.... the judge cant over rule the cafcas person.... as they r the one that do all the work into looking into my shitc**t of an ex..... theyve mentioned regular drugs tests and everything... so after a year n a half of horrible court cases i finally feel like someones listening to me !!!
