I'm ttc after a February loss. It's my first month. I am extremely stressed. I feel so desperate to be pregnant but also I am stressed that it worked. I'm 2dpo and I just am soooo crabby from the stress. Anyone else stressed?

Hi ttc126. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my first in Feb/March. Last month was our first cycle properly TTC and it was awful. I felt ok at first but then the TWW was so so hard for both DH and I. I kept telling myself it won't happen first time trying again in an attempt to...idk... calm myself. It didn't work. I started testing early and really stressed myself out. I'm afraid I cannot offer you any advice as not thinking about it is impossible. But please don't think you are alone. I posted on here about how hard I was finding it and a few women said it was the same for them. I guess it helped to know that it's fairly normal to feel like that and hopefully it will get easier. xxx

I was super stressed after I lost my first one.. I succeeded to evacuate the stress by doing meditation and visualizing a happy pregnancy. Visualization really works wonders! Just lie down, breathe and put yourself in an almost sleeping state, then visualize with lots of details your being pregnant, the pregnancy and growing of the bump and then the birth itself. Do it every day for about 15 min. The brain will believe this experience happened and will replace the bad experience of the first pregnancy by this one. Yes, we can reprogram ourself.

Thank you ladies! I'm trying to stay positive because I have my normal pregnancy signs, but I doubt myself at times too.
There's a very specific type of cramp I normally get when implanting and I think I had them last night. So just praying so hard it's true!!!!!
