So swollen!

I'm due Tuesday, my hands and feet are so swollen that they literally hurt. My hands hurt the worst and it travels up my forearms. Just feeling off today. Anyone else swollen to the point it hurts? I have an appointment tomorrow late afternoon with my ob, it's my last one. Debating if I should call about the pain and swelling or just ride it out until tomorrow.
