Its been two weeks now since mike has been to see his son he never gave him anything for christmas never phoned over new year i have had no contact with him what so ever iam not callin him why should i???

it bothers me how he can walk out of joshua's life and not be interested in him at all. he gives the excuse of "well i dont think his mine" but why is it when i offered him a DNA test he refused to do it so he knows josh is his.

i dont know if i did a bad thing but a few weeks ago i got so annoyed with him, that i actually phoned the csa and gave them his details but now he says hes not gonna give them anything it sickens me how some men can be like this with their children they should be banned from havin children!!!

what else upsets me is how theres people out there who dont give a shit about their kids and then theres couples who cant have kids its just not right

does anyone know how long it will take till i hear something back from the csa ??????

I rang everyday for 8weeks because my ex works 2mins away from my house and asked him to come over after work to 'bond' with his son but he made excuses that he was to tired after work and went home had dinner and went straight to bed.. Yeah like i believed that. Now i found out hes got a new partner... So he has no time to see his son in his 'busy' life yet had time to meet somebody else and spend time and money on them!!! Grrr!

I dont know about you but i think my son is better of without his dad.

i 100% agree our children dont need there dads mike drinks way too much snaps at anything you say and is a waste of time i dont want my little boy to be anything like his dad but it just makes me mad that he doesnt try i got no xmas pressie as well for joshua i told him he could pick up a simple tshirt for a couple of pounds but he didnt bother and i have still not heard from him.

yesterday i did phone the CSA they got in touch with him on the 2nd and he denyed josh was his so now he has two weeks to book an appointment at his docs for a dna when there they will take a swab and a picture of him then i will have to go for babies swab if he doesnt go to the docs he will be asumed as joshua's dad and will automatically get money taken off him

i bet he wishes he had gotten joshua that t shirt now hahaha

imnot sure how long but i do no he wont have a choice bout paying as it will come directy out of his wages like tax etc does as long as hes earning over 99 pound xxx
also just a word of warning im not sure bout this either but i herd everything ge pays csa wise now gets directly paid to you and i you are on beniits its down to you tp let thm no...i dont know if u are but thought id say xxx

If he's the dad.. he has no choice other than to pay up if you go via CSA I think. Is he on the birth certificate?

no when i had baby i didnt know who the dad was i didnt know if josh was my current boyfriends but i did a dna test via the internet and it came bk negative so josh is 100% mikes hes not on the birth cert because i had to do the dna firstxx
