Soft cup and bfp

Hi ladies, I heard about soft cup lately and read that inserting it after bd can help you get bfp. Now, I have got the soft cup but I was thinking to insert it 20 mins after bd. After sex 20 mins butt up and then soft cup insertion after that for 12 hrs. My question is that someone told me that for soft cup to work, semen should not come in contact with air. I'm confused now. Can anyone help me here !

Hmm I had a friend use soft cups and she put them in right after sex and then would lay down for like ten mins. I haven’t used them personally though but they seem like a good idea!
