They are cups designed to insert during your period instead of tampons or pads. As for a fertility it is believed that they help conceive by being inserted after sex to keep the sperm against the cervix.
I have used them in the past didnt get a BFP, but I didnt use them for very long due to other reasons but they sure did keep everything in there no spillage or leakage
I am trying the soft cups and preseed this cycle I have heard many people getting BFP within month or two with this method whether on medication or not such as Clomid. Many of the women I have read had a man that had low sperm count or the woman had a tilting cervix. Also it is a cheap method my soft cups were only 6 dollars for fourteen at my walmart, the only thing that cost a bit was the preseed which was around 22 dollars.
