We are not going to find out if we're having a boy or a girl, but here are some of the boy/girl names that I really like :)

Boys:
Sebastian
- love this name!
Owen - Cute!
Charles/Charlie
- after Charles Darwin
Darwin - after Charles Darwin
Oliver - probably can't use as I know someone who named their baby this.
Theodore - Classic, yet unique!
Coffey
- After a character from a Stephen King novel... plus I love Coffee!
Silas - Cute name
Miles - Cute name
Maxwell - potentially also coffee related, but also just love the name.
Oscar - Somewhat after Oskar Schindler (Schindler's List)
Winston - After Winston Churchill

Girls:
Ellie -
cute!
Isabel/Isabelle - Pretty/classic
Annalise - Unique/pretty
Evelyn - pretty
Avalynne - Pretty/unique
Hannah - Cute
Raine - Unique/I love when it rains!
Abigail/Abby - Cute but can't use it!
Amelia - After Amelia Earhart
Rosalee
- Pretty
Willow - Very pretty/Starts with a 'W' like my name which is Wendy.
Addyson -
Unique/pretty
Villie - Unique/cute
Kahlan - Unique
Poppy - Unique

I would love some opinions on these names or suggestions for other similar names based on what I like. I really like unique names that roll off the tongue easily and sound smooth.

For a boy, the middle name will likely be James, after my great uncle. I'm not sure what a middle name would be for a girl yet so very open to suggestions on that as well!

I like
Sebastian
Owen
Charlie
Oliver

Ellie
Isobel
Evelyn

I like Raine! Cute!

My baby if a boy will be called 'Xavier Osiandar Roe (surname)'
and if a girl will be called 'Tabitha Genevieve Roe'

Hi,
I like Charles, Sebastian, Oskar, Maxwell and Theodore best from your boys list. I like names that have cute nicknames but then can be more formal. I think that is useful as a child will not be a baby forever. Ie love Charlie but would want them to have the option of Charles.
Coffey - think was a slave name in the US - not positive but think so.
Silas - have not seen that batted around - would be pretty unique I think.

For girls - I like Isabel/belle but seems to be used quite often recently. Like Isobel as an alternative.
Annalise (Love it!)
Ellie - sweet but like best as short for Eleanor or Ella
Abigail - a favorite of mine
Amelia - like it but seems to becoming pretty popular.
Raine - like alot also
Avalynne - I like it but I think Lynne is really trendy now for an ending on names. Could date the name.
Rosalee - Love it - is on my list also
Poppy love but a bit too cute not sure would age well.

Based on what you like - some other ideas:
Girls:
Theodora
Phoebe (bee is such a cute NN)
Eva
Penelope
Millicent (Millie)

Boys:
Alexander
Julian
Thomas

I really - really like your name lists - great choices:flower:

Wow, thank you so much to everyone who has posted! Especially about Coffey being a slave name. EEK! I had no idea! I think that'll be crossed off the list!

For the boys, I think you're on to something with Sebastian and Oscar! Love those!

For the girls, I think Villie, Kahlan, and Poppy are the truly unique ones. Villie is a beautiful name. . .and Poppy? ADORABLE! Not sure Poppy translates to adult though.

I do know a baby girl 'Kahlan' with that exact same spelling - it's not too common, and it's a nice spelling.

If you're like me and want to stay away from trends, avoid names like 'Addyson'. . .which is simply a new take on 'Addison' (very popular at the moment).
