I just re-arranged my entire house (bare in mind I live in a one bed masionette, so it wasn't as bad as it sounds) But I moved 5 heavy units into different areas and such.

I was dianosed with spd also. So now I am in agony, but I had this massive nesting urge and I couldn't shift it.

So I deserve the pain I guess.
... Harvey doesn't deserve the discomfort though. Poor boy, I need a slap :(

Just go rest then and do it again. OK?? That's all you gonna get instead of a slap :winkwink:

:flower:

I have this nesting urge, but already done everything I could for now. So now this feeling is laying dormant and it is killing me. :haha:

I still need to wallpaper and paint, as well as get some shelves for the wall...
I want to do it now, but i don't have the paint of wall paper, so i can't.

just take it easy for a bit and let yourself and harvey recover :)
i layed bark and filled the sandpit with a tonne of sand at 3 months, at the time no one new i was pregnant so when i told people they wanted to slap me for doing it all by myself lol!
im dying to start the nursery, im just gonna make sure i take it slow and use common sense when i have the urge to move a bookshelf or wardrobe :p

ummmmmm...

I don't know how to say this, but... I am now in agony. I just had a bath to try and settle my tummy and it did for a while, but just as I got out I felt the most almighty twang in my stomach, like an elastic band!!!
I went to the loo, my urine was brown, I wiped... and I am bleeding.

HELP! I didn't know this would happen... my mum is abroad, Chris is at work... WHAT DO I DO??? HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!

Oh bless you! :hugs:

Just relax hun, call the out of hours number for your midwife (probably the delivery suite number at this time of day?) it will be on your notes. Tell them what you've been doing and get their advice, you've probably pulled something with over doing it. :hugs:

Please go get checked. Update us please? Am sure everything will be fine but u need to get checked out to be sure xxx

oh no! thats terrible hun, i hope you can get checked and that all is ok xox

What emera said. If you can't get ahold of them maybe ring labor and delivery for advice? Hope it's nothing.

Aww no, hope everything is ok. I decided to do a little re-arranging of my own a couple of weeks ago and my belly and pelvis were really sore afterwards. My pelvis has never been the same again...whenever I walk now around now for more than 30 minutes my pelvis starts hurting and I have to waddle. Baby is doing good though.

PLease let us know how things turn out. Will keep you in my thoughts xxx

Just come back from hospital - what a dramatic night...

Firstly, nothing the bleeding they wern't concerned about. But my protein was through the roof, so they did an internal examination. As they did that...

MY WATERS BROKE!

I am deadly serious. I panicked and so did they, Thank God chris had arrived at that point, so they needed to decide what to do. After checking babys heartbeat etc etc they felt baby wasn't in to much distress, so decided to discharge me.

I am no under close obs, weekly scans, protein checks... Can't believe Harvey wants to come this early - freakin pain in the bum!

Whaaaaaaaaat? OMG!!! Did it go completely or just a little leak? Are you on bed rest now? Glad Harvey is doing ok and hope he stays in there for a few more weeks xxx

Oh dear hun, I'm sorry. Do the docs think it is due to all the moving or was it going to happen anyway? Sorry, if I'm not sensitive in asking this question.

Hope you, Chris and Harvey is ok? Just take it easy from now. I have you in my prayers.

XXX

It may well have been my idiotic behaviour moving heavy things - LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ALL YEE WOMEN :p

I am having a scan this afternoon (in about an hour) to find out how much fluid was lost, because as far as I am aware I had a large gush, so the midwife and docs said, so we need to find out how much fluid is lost before they intercept.

The good news is that at my 20 week scan they explained that Harvey was big for his age therefore he would be considered viable at about 22.5/23 weeks, which is posistive as if they did have to deliever him he could well pull through - I hope they don't need to though.

Very nervous about my scan though, because if I have lost all the fluid there will be a problem and if my protein is still high I will probably develop pre-eclamsia.

Not a good day :(
At least Harvey is still adamently kicking me in my bladder - highly unorthadox, but pleasently reasuring.

I'm glad that he is classified as viable, but hope he could stay put for a couple of weeks still. Please keep us updated after your scan.

I'm glad Harvey is still busy although kicking your bladder lol It seems like you are in good medical care at the moment and I cross my fingers everything will work out fine.

Oh yes, they were excelant last night in the labour ward... they kept me calm, kept Chris calm... I eventually called up my father-in-law crying when I realised I started bleeding so he called am abulance when he got here and sat with me until Chris arrived.

We shall see what happens to the little brut at the scan... if he does want to come earlier the he is welcome to, but i think he will be uncomfortably surprised how bleeding cold it is and nasty it is at the moment.

Stay in there for a few more weeks Harvey boy! You'll make your apperence soon, but if I am honest, I'm not ready for you yet - I am still training your father!

I'm going to have to give you some tough love!! Moving heavy objects is NOT okay when you are pregnant lil lady!!

Have your husband or someone else do that stuff for you :hugs:
