Something funky in her mouth

So a while ago I noticed Angelynn had a couple little red dots on the tip of her tongue. I didn't think anything of it and ignored it.
But I noticed today that it has gotten worse!! She's got this raw/red looking rash on the tip of her tongue and also on the inside of her bottom lip.
I don't know if it hurts or where the hell it came from! I don't know if it's thrush. She doesnt have any white patches or anything like that in her mouth. I wish I could get a picture of it but she's mad enough with me taking a peek at her lip.
I have dr's appt on tuesday so i'll get it checked out but has anyone here experieced the same thing or heard of this?

I dont know what that would be, but definitly doesn't sound like thrush

To me it doesn't sound like thrush, when Hayden had it REALLY bad it was all white, not red spots. Does she have anything anywhere else? What popped in my head is hand foot mouth disease, here is some info on it you can see if she has any other symptoms of it

I must also mention she has felt more warm than usual (no fever, just warm) and diarhoea twice yesterday and seems a bit more sleepy than usual. She is eating and drinking and not vomiting... I hope it's nothing serious

I don't know what it looks like but when you said red spots it could be hand foot and mouth possibly.

Does it look like either of these?

Maybe she bit her tongue/lip playing or at night and you didn't notice?

My sister had hand, foot and mouth. She didn't really have anything on her hands and feet, but had red spots in her mouth and went to docs with that and he confirmed it. Hope you find out what it is at your app xx

ewwww marg thats gross!! NO she definetely doesn't have that. It looks a little bit better today but i'm still a little concerned. It looks like the taste buds on the end of tongue are irritated. I hope the doctor might know!
