Hi All

I just wanted to post and let you know something that I have learnt...

We stocked up on nappies to try and space out costs for when LO was here -so we bought a packet each time we did our supermarket shop and my MIL did the same. We got a variety of brands and sizes.

But we have found that our LO has outgrown his new born / new baby size ones before we have run out and he doesn't get on with tesco/sainsbury own brands and only Pampers or Huggies will do!

So my advice is to perhaps put money away each week to build a nappy fund rather than actually buying nappies because you don't know what size you will need, for how long, or what brands will do the trick ...I took £42 back of sainsbury nappies back to Sainsbury's today to exchange - they accepted them but it was a faff!!

HTH

Ohhh thanks for that!! I stocked up a bit on pampers and huggies sizes ones and a few packets of size two's but used vouchers for them so suppose wouldnt be too bad...but will not buy anymore just in case! lol xx

That's exactly what we've done. Thanks for the info though, very useful :hugs:
