Sonnet?

I looooove this name for a little girl.

But my husband doesn't like it! Too unique for him, I guess.

Does anyone else like this?

Maybe he'll let me use it as a middle name...

I have met a woman named Sonnet. I think you have already pegged it...it may be too unique and I bet there are a lot of people that don't know the meaning of Sonnet. I think it would be a great middle name to make any name you may choose unique.

I think it's a great name in theory but IMO she'd spend her life repeating it, spelling it, having people say 'ooo what an unusual name'. Might be shortened to Sonny too!

I happen to love the name Sonnet. I grew up with a girl named Sonnet and everyone loves her name. We were really good friends for quite awhile and we were always together and to my knowledge she was never teased as a child. I think it is a very sophisticated name and would be a lovely name for your child.
