Son's dad on coach trip!

I've just flicked through the TV channels and thought I'd see what coach trip was like on channel4, to my complete shock, my youngest sons dad, who we've not seen since my son was born is sat on the coach!!!

I've stuck it on record, I'm wondering whether to show it to my son, just so he has an idea of who/what his dad is like?

My son knows about him, and knows that he is not ever gunna come and see him and is happy with that, so don't know how he might take it?

What would you do?

Im not sure what i would do.... Maybe tape it and keep it for when he starts to ask questions so you can give him a idea and an image at least?

He's 6. He already knows tht he has a 'real dad' who lives up country, hes picked up on calling my other 2 kdis' dad, dad when he waas little, obviously coz the other 2 called him dad... we decided we were both happy with that, so their dad is his dad too iykwim.

Then when he got a bit older, my eldest son blurted out that dad, wasn't actually his dad, so we told him about his real dad.. he didn't seem bothered and said somehting like, oh well I have a dad now anyway!

I dunno, I guess thought it might be nice for him to sort of see where he came from so to speak, rather than just hear about him!

My sister's dad was on the TV.. I won't even mention what show it was - so embarassing. He left when she was a few weeks old because he didn't like the fact my mum had already had 4 kids. He wanted it just to be them, idiot But anyway, I was about 9 and was just flicking and up he popped. Weird stuff lol. She's seen pictures of him and knows he was on the tele but isn't really interested in knowing much more. She's 9 herself now. I'm rambling lol and don't really have any advice but just wanted to share a similar story.. Maybe tape it for future reference incase he asks? Otherwise he sounds like a lovely boy who's content with his daddy even if it isn't his biological one x

I'm not really sure tbh, I only saw the one episode.. what I saw seemed ok, obviously I'd have to watch the rest first incase my son wanted to watch all of them!
