Sore and bruised feeling.

think I injured myself while excersizing and its now developed into spd (my guess)I have not had spd in any of my other pregnancies and I havent seen my midwife yet have an appointment coming up..but the symptoms seem to be the same literally feel like im dying so painful to walk or just move in general turning at nights really feel for you all

This is what happened to me, I moved some furniture a few weeks ago and since that day my pelvis has been total agony! hope you feel better soon!
