I am 29 weeks today and the last couple of days I’ve really started to get a sore belly button. Like a bruised feeling. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don’t know if it’s the baby having a growth spurt and pushing my belly out (my belly button hasn’t even popped yet!!) but if baby kicks near my belly button it really hurts and makes me jump... not pleasant at all!

Oh dear. I think its strain on belly button inside probably. Mine also tender. Mine hasnt popped out tho..phew.. Im super glad.

If you get or got a sample of palmers stretch mark lotion in one of the free baby packs it works well to elasticate your Tummy so much so i bought 4 bottles in the sale after using the sample! X

Its amazing isnt it? Cant believe how amazing it works..totally agree on elasticity & i have no stretch marks that are dark visible..like yay!

Thank you. It seems to have died down a bit now. Must be baby pushing my belly out and growing!

I’ve been using bio oil and palmers coco butter and palmers coconut oil which so far has kept the stretch marks away! I’m just hoping they stay away!

I guess I’m not going to get any more comfortable from now until birth!! Can’t believe how close I am now...

Ah so glad you have gotten some relief! Im afraid to say its all grow grow grow from here on. Im 38 w and feel enormous luckily my belly has taken it so well and it looks so good!

I've had it on and off and I've noticed as baby has gotten bigger that the belly button pain is caused by baby laying against it pushing it outwards. when baby moves it eases the pain though the last few weeks he hasn't budged from his comfy spot!
