Sore calf? C-section on the 26th

Today I noticed the top of my right calf muscle (right under the back of my knee) is sore. It's a dull pain, feeling as if my muscle was tired or something. It's been twitching a little too. I'm not sure if I need to see my doctor for this or not. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've not experienced this but reading your post my first thought was DVT.

I would recommend you see your doctor asap and mention your symptoms. It will most likely be nothing to worry about but it's best to get it ruled out.
