sore feet in the morning?

for past monthm everything i wake up my feet are killing me, like i have walked miles and miles in my sleep! i cant walk properly on them, and its soo sore/tingly.

anyone have any idea what this is? im only 21, but overweight.

i would go see your doctor especially as you feel tired all the time.
they should do bloods to check for a few things

Any chance the majority of the pain is in the heel?

If so, it sounds like it could be Plantar Fascitis.

Get thee to a doctor though, whatever it is it needs to be checked out

Been drs lol apparently I have damaged my nerves t the bottom of my feet

Sounds like plantar fascitis, maybe. My husband was just recently diagnosed.

Have you just had a baby?
I had the same problem (its horrible) until my baby was 6 months old...my doctor said it was my weight I weighed 14 stone. Now my baby is 10 months old and I weigh 10 stone and my feet are fine
