Sore itchy swollen toes :(

Hi, so my feet are gross! my toes sting and ache and are really itchy. Theyve only been like this since I started ballroom dancing, i've been treating it as athletes foot and although the cream helps, it's still sore. Anyone got any other suggestions for getting rid? x

Could it be chilblains?

My feet get like this a lot and if I don't rest them (keep them warm, change your socks a lot, let the air to them as much as possible, raise them when possible) then they can get really painful.

that sounds like what i have, chilblains. so annoying. my feet get cold so i put socks on, feet get hot and itchy so i have to take socks off!! and they are a constant purple colour, no sandals for me this summer

i use aveeno cream, its great for any itchy skin, i even used it on my scalp for dry and itchy scalp
