Sore spot?

Just recently tonight some time just on the top of my left breast is sore to touch, my areola and nipple are tender too. My breast is empty and there are no lumps, redness or swelling.....
It feels like my skin hurts if that makes sense. It's also been a bit toe curling when he feeds, but when he mouths/uses me as a dummy it doesn't hurt...
It sort of feels like the right one is starting to hurt too.
Oh and the last 4 or 5 let downs have had me saying "ouch".
I'm not feverish or faint, just very confused lol
Any suggestions?

Sounds a bit like mastitis - you can get non-infected mastitis which doesn't need antibiotics and will clear by itself. Could it be thrush? Double check for any lumps anywhere - especially under your boob at your bra line x

Nope, no lumps... We have the midwife visit today so I'll see what she says too.
