Sore Throat - Throat Coat Tea??

Hi All,

I'm getting a sore throat, which is just great on top of the fatigue, nausea, and all.

Usually when I have a sore throat, I drink hot Throat Coat Tea. Is this safe during pregnancy? I am seeing mixed answers and the doctors office is closed.

You know, I did drank some of this the other day. I don't know how safe it is though because I think one of the ingredients isn't safe? I didn't even think about it before I drank it to be honest.
