sore, twitchy, achy bump? carrying high

So today was my first full day back to work with the kiddos. I teach 1st grade in the states. Today my bump has been sore, achy, and twitchy. Not contraction or bh style just like muscle twitching, sore achy muscles but it all started when I turn/twisted while sitting to reach something behind me. It was a sharp tearing feeling at the top of my bump. My "bump" has usually been a few inches above my bb and went down to pubic bone. Today however I noticed that my bump is now slightly below ribcage and ends slightly below bb! I don't know if baby moved up or is stretching but it is higher and feels really tight. I'm not bloated or gassy. Is it possible for bump/uterus to move higher? I do have a large ovarian cyst that has be one more painful as well. Any ideas?
